MEET THE

TEAM
Off-RoadX is built by people who live the off-road lifestyle. Our team brings hands-on experience, a passion for vehicles, and a commitment to helping others build confidence—both in the shop and on the trail.

Peter Lindsay
Owner & Founder
Peter grew up in rural western Pennsylvania, where dirt roads, mud, and engines were part of everyday life. From obsessing over Matchbox cars to spending countless hours in his dad’s shop learning how vehicles work, he’s always been motor-brained and hands-on. That early foundation shaped a lifelong passion for building, understanding, and perfecting vehicles.
After moving to Colorado with his wife, Margaret, in 2013, Peter quickly fell in love with the outdoor and off-road community. What began as a hobby evolved into Off-RoadX in 2020, when he saw a need for experienced, reliable off-road excursions and properly prepared vehicles. Today, Off-RoadX reflects Peter’s commitment to competitive pricing, personal service, and doing things the right way.
Peter is deeply involved in every aspect of Off-RoadX—working hands-on in the shop, planning Rally Club meetups, recording episodes of the QXA Podcast, and staying connected to the community he’s built. A family-oriented, detail-driven builder, he believes no vehicle leaves the shop unless he’s confident in both the quality of the work and the safety of the customer. When he’s not working or spending time with his children, Max and Eleanor, you’ll likely find Peter and his family out on the trail.

Sean Berzins
Sean is a native Coloradoan who has been part of Off-RoadX since its early days. He started out spending time in the shop during the company’s infancy—earning the nickname “shop lizard”—before eventually proving his skills and officially joining the team as a technician.
Sean enjoys working hands-on with customer vehicles and is especially passionate about the collaborative process behind each build. From taking a client’s initial idea to developing a clear vision and turning it into a functional, real-world result, he takes pride in helping bring each project to life through thoughtful craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Technician

Spenser Goolsby
QXA Podcast Host
Spenser Goolsby is a lifelong sports fan and outdoor enthusiast with deep Texas roots. While not a vehicle expert by trade, Spenser brings the everyman perspective to QXA with Off-RoadX—asking the questions real truck owners and off-road enthusiasts actually want answered.
With a passion for competition, adventure, and the outdoors, Spenser helps bridge the gap between hardcore builds and everyday drivers. His approachable style and curiosity make QXA relatable to listeners who are interested in learning, exploring, and enjoying the off-road lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed.

Zane Cole
Technician
Zane Cole is part of the Off-RoadX workshop crew, serving as an extra set of hands that helps keep projects moving smoothly. From organizing tools to assisting with builds, Zane thrives in the middle of the action and enjoys being involved in every stage of the process.
With a team-first mindset shaped by his love of basketball, Zane brings drive, focus, and a strong work ethic to the shop. Always eager to learn, he takes pride in supporting the team and growing his skills in an environment where no two days are ever the same.

Joslin Cameron
Office Manager
Joslin Cameron is the organizational backbone of Off-RoadX, handling the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the business running smoothly day to day.
Although she works remotely from South Florida, Joslin stays closely connected to every part of the operation—managing data entry, customer communication, and ensuring the website and inbox are always moving.
As Peter Lindsay’s older sister, Joslin brings personal investment to Off-RoadX and a strong commitment to the values it was built on. She takes care of the not-so-fun but essential details so the rest of the team can focus on the shop, the trail, and the community.
Outside of Off-RoadX, Joslin’s most important role is being a mom to five and holding down the home front so her firefighter husband can focus on his career. Much like the back office of Off-RoadX, her home runs on coffee, controlled chaos, and keeping everything moving forward.
During Rally Club events, Joslin also manages Off-RoadX’s social media, capturing the experience in real time so Peter can stay fully present with members and on the trail. With a people-first mindset and a sharp eye for organization, she helps ensure every interaction with Off-RoadX feels thoughtful, responsive, and personal.
